Ryders Plants ships live plants and shrubs to customers throughout the contiguous United States. We ship via USPS.

Shipping Destination

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.

Agricultural Shipping Restrictions

Some live plants cannot be shipped to certain states due to state or federal agricultural regulations. If your order contains a plant that cannot be legally shipped to your state, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the affected item(s). We recommend checking your state’s agricultural import requirements if you have concerns about a specific plant.

Handling Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days. Because we ship live plants, we take extra care in packaging and may hold orders briefly to avoid shipping during extreme weather conditions that could harm the plants in transit.

Transit Time

Once shipped via USPS, transit time is typically 2 to 8 business days depending on your location. USPS transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Weather and Seasonal Delays

Live plants are sensitive to extreme temperatures. During periods of very high heat or severe cold, we may delay shipment until conditions are safer for the plants. We will notify you if a weather-related hold is placed on your order. These delays are done to protect your plants and ensure they arrive in healthy condition.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order using live USPS rates.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package at usps.com.
